Cardamom Seeds


“The queen of spices”, cardamom enhances both sweet and savoury dishes. Used extensively throughout the Middle East, India, Africa and Asia. Simply bruise the pods or remove seeds and crush. Goes with orange, apple, pear and other fruit. Is great when added to rice, couscous, potato and other root vegetables while cooking. It also adds flavour to stews, casseroles and curries. Excellent with coffee.
